Description: Imperial Stout circulated and aged on dried strawberries, cacao nibs and vanilla beans. Focused heavily on strawberries — the backbone of a good Neapolitan — leading into a solid chocolate, and finishing with vanilla. Brewed with plenty of oats for creaminess and finished with lactose for some residual sweetness, adding to that ice cream mouth feel. With our Imperial Waffle Cone Series, our goal is to mimic ice cream classics by layering each distinct flavor, allowing for each flavor to be experienced progressively rather than a mix of them all. This bottle was made to mimic the best qualities of Neapolitan ice cream, layer by decadent layer.
