Description: Our brewer Ben, created a recipe for an American Wheat designed with summer months of Maine in mind. Citra and Cascade hops bring aromas of orange, grapefruit, and lemon, which are blended with a touch of spiciness from Saaz hops. The malt bill consists entirely of Blue Ox Malthouse malts: from our friends in Lisbon Falls. This brings local flavor to the beer, and adds aromas of wheat bread from the large portion of malted wheat used to brew this summer crusher.
