Description: For this unique winter seasonal, we took our popular Belgian-style dark ale and aged it in Old Forrester Bourbon barrels for 12 months. We then aged it on over 200 pounds of locally sourced tart cherries. The resulting beer will provide waves of dark fruit, bourbon and oak with a touch of Belgian spice in the finish.
