Description: Moving back to the Belgian roots with this more traditional farmhouse style ale. It has a vibrant golden hued body with a fluffy white head. Pilsner malt was introduced for a crisp, clean backbone along with Special Aromatic malts for some slight bready dryness. It was gently hopped with Azacca for subtle tropical fruit notes and fermented with a French saison yeast strain that will provide you with a nice balance of phenols and esters.
