Description: We took our beloved Belgian Abbey and aged it in Jim Beam bourbon barrels for 18 months. Brettanomyces and wild bacteria were added to allow their distinct flavors to add to the complexity. Notes of cherry, plum, bourbon, and leather as well as a touch of acidity create a very delicious beer.
