Description: We’ve looked to the Belgians for yeast and to the US for hops in our Wheat Beer. Our “house” Abbey ale strain takes care of fermentation while Sterling and Sorachi Ace are the go for bittering and hop flavour. Clean and spicy, while still carrying some bannana on the nose and little hop punch from the Sorachi late on the palate.
