Description: One thing that's great about brewing is that if you mess up a recipe a bit, the chances are good that it'll still turn out pretty alright! Dr. Who is just that! The intention was to produce a California Common, but having been brewed with young brewing skills at the time, he turned into a great American Brown Ale. A nice medium body is followed by a flowing Cascade Hop profile as we roll into the beautiful fall season. Malts: Premium 2-Row, Vienna, Crystal 40, Chocolate Malt, Roast Hops: Chinook, Cascade OG: 1.054 TG: 1.010 ABV: 5.68 IBU: 41 SRM: 16
