Description: In our minds lies the perfect "forms" of objects in reality. Whether it be a chair, or a meal, or a beer. One of your brewers had what he considers the perfect form of a beer in 2010: a discontinued batch of an unusually hazy, radiant orange ESB from a Midwestern brewery. Hop notes full of citrus and grass were layered over a smoky aroma. The taste was a smooth orange juice flavor, balanced with a lingering haze on the tongue. So in attempts to bring the "perfect" beer to reality, your brewer is using his memory, limited beer reviews and a bit of research to recreate this one-off.
