Description: British India Pale Ale's are quite a bit different than what we Americans typically think of when we think IPA. The malt plays a bigger role and the hops take a small step back. The Killingsworth is brewed with Sterling, Golding and Tettnager Hops. Being that these varieties are earthy and spicy, these hops are far less aggressive than the fruity, citrusy hops that we find in most American IPAs. English malts play a large role in flavor and aroma. This IPA has a smooth, creamy mouthfeel, thanks to the Nitro tap you'll find it on.
