Description: Every batch of beer here at Old St. Francis School is made with passion and love that that we pride ourselves on. But every now and then, one keg gets a little more attention because of its ability to please! When this happens, the keg is pushed to the side, or hidden in a broom closet, and considered “The Other One”, only to be served on a very special occasion. This India Pale Lager is a prime example! The perfect song was playing when the keg was racked, making it memorable in “Freak Mountain Rambler” style. Lager Yeast was used to make a mellow, pale body that’s nice and easy to sip on. A mild aroma of tropical fruit gives way to a pine like bitterness that lingers on the taste buds like an opera’s aria! The abundance of hops provides a profound hop flavor and bitterness while a crisp and dry finish reminds you that this is a Pale like no other!
