Description: For the fourth year in a row, the Old St. Francis School Brewery has partnered with DD Ranch and handpicked a plethora of Mt. Hood and Fuggle Hops off their ranch. This year, we also had a few employees here at McMenamins that had their own hops or a neighbors to pick and contribute to the brew! That's why we named the beer 'This Town,' as all of the hops were local and fresh. An easy-drinking Wheat Beer was the prime choice for these awesome fresh hops, to gain a great, light, fresh hop experience! Special Ingredients: Fresh Hops Hand Picked from Central Oregon Malts: 2-Row, Wheat, Vienna, Caramel Pilsen Hops: Nugget, Fuggle, Mt. Hood OG: 1.046 TG: 1.006 ABV: 5.20 IBU: 20 SRM: 4
