Description: This special beer starts in early June when baby green walnuts are harvested from our walnut trees. The baby walnuts are then quartered, spiced, and allowed to age for 6 months in a neutral spirit. At this point, this "tincture" could be sweetened and turned into a favorite Italian liqueur (nocino), however, we add it to the late stage fermentation of our Black IPA recipe. Enjoy this very rare and seasonal brew!
