Description: We brew our Pilsner using specialty German malts ($$) and Czech hops . The color of the this beer is very pale yellow and has the aroma of fresh Saaz hops. The flavor of the beer is that of a hop bitterness and crisp, clean malt taste. Because this beer is a lager as opposed to an ale, it has a very clean taste and crisp finish (won't taste any yeast here). One of our best and most popular beers, so don't wait or it'll be gone daddy gone!
