Description: Introducing a incredibly exciting addition to our mixed-culture program - Fun With Føder (or, foudre/foeder) will be our rotating entry of uniquely fruited, lightly acidic, funky Saison fermented and aged in our 75 hectoliter French Oak foudre. Young, and vibrant, the resulting beers will be stuffed with fun fruit and complimentary ingredients to highlight the versitility of our house cultures. The inaugural entry is dripping with fresh and extremely potent, whole Oregon Boysenberries. Blended with mature oak-aged sour ale to achieve a pinnacle of balance and presentation, we could not be more stoked with the results.
