Description: A Belgian style IPA with the fruitiness and spice imparted by the use of a specialty Belgian yeast from Omega Yeast Labs. Golden color with distinct hop aroma emanating from the use of Mosaic and Lemon Drop hops. The back end bitterness is only slight due to the addition of pounds of hops being used late in the process and double dry hopped. Medium dry finish with a good balance of malt and hops.
