Her turn of the century brothel was largely regarded as “one of the finest in the U.S.” Our Sherry Aged Barleywine puts to a mind a beer that may have been served to the upscale male clientele in one of her exotic Brew City parlors. Rich grape aroma’s blend in harmony to a sweet malt backdrop accentuated with flavors of toffee, vanilla and plum finishing warm, dry and slightly tannic. The name Sherry, perhaps, could even describe one of Kittie’s “professors”, an elegant combination of naughty and nice.
