Description: Moa Gratzer is a smoked white IPA. A Polish smoked wheat beer or "Gratzer" has been fermented with a Belgian ale yeast and hopped with both Nelson Sauvin and US Amarillo to a solid 46 IBU's. Dry hopped also with Amarillo. An upfront smoked aroma gives way to the complexity of the Belgian ale yeast finishing with citrus, lemongrass and pine from the hopping.
