Description: Our special projects ninjas seriously punched up this iteration of our beloved bourbon barrel-aged stout. The beer—a tasty blend of bourbon barrel-aged Dragon Mask, Modem Tones, & Monsters' Park—was treated to Dominican & Peruvian cocoa nibs (7.5lb/bbl of each), Dutch-process cocoa powder (another 7.5lbs/bbl), Mexican vanilla (a whopping 4 lbs/bbl), oven-toasted cassia cinnamon sticks, and a specially curated blend of chilis (with Morita, Black, Guajillo, & Cayenne). The result is amazingly chocolate forward, with a subtle spiciness that will wrap your palate like a warm blanket on a brisk winter’s eve. Feel free to sit back and enjoy the show.
