Description: We aged this batch of our beloved imperial dessert stout for 7 months in a unique set of California grape brandy barrels, which began their life as bourbon barrels before hosting brandy for 8-10 years. We then infused the whole shebang with Tanzanian vanilla & cacao nibs. What we ended up with is a liquid dark chocolate bar with waves of cocoa mingling with the brandy nose to create a majestic profile reminiscent of a fine Port wine. Your palate is about to feel all kinds of classy.
