Description: This kettle-soured fruit bonanza was packed with ridiculous amounts of blood orange, pineapple, passion fruit, coconut, and vanilla, yielding a brain-bending trip through an unrelentingly tropical fruit-vortex. Have a seat, take a deep breath, and prepare to be delivered unto liquid bliss. Nectarnomicon MUST be stored cold at all times. It contains absurd amounts of fruit puree that can--and will--continue to ferment in the can. This leads to over-carbonation if the cans are not kept cold. Additionally, due to the aforementioned absurd amounts of puree, some fruit may settle at the bottom of the can. After opening, you should pour half the beer into a glass, then gently shake the remaining contents of the can before pouring the rest. The label has a printed note that says "keep cold & shake gently", but we figured this was sorta useful to know before purchasing.
