After a long and fruitful night with our Portuguese friends from Letra we discussed several of these news ideas and experiments. However it was after breakfast the morning after that we had the clicking sounds. So, for this collaboration, we used lots of oats and breakfast cereals for maximum creaminess flavored with generous amounts of chocolate and coffee. Sounds like breakfast and it is, this is our Oatmilk Breakfast White Stout. Our Brunch Blanche."
