Description: Lucky number seven, and boy are you lucky! Ready to indulge? Indulgence Seven is a composure of three barrels, three recipes, and a good amount of cacao nibs. The blend consists of imperial stouts aged on bourbon, Rum and Port barrels. The appearance of the beer is pitch black with the mocha head you're used to. The aroma is full of dark chocolate, vanilla, port and molasses. It also has hints of caramel and wood. Spirit and chocolate dominate the flavor and give a minor role to vanilla. The taste keeps lingering for a long time until you're ready for your next sip. The beer has a complex dry finish which reminds us of red wine. We love how this turned out! Enjoy! - Rob
