Description: The first sun rays are shining upon us once again, time for a big barrel aged stout! Ready to indulge? Indulgence 6 marks the first full year of the Guild, and boy it’s a special one. The beer is a blend of 3 bourbon barrels, the first barrel was priorly used for ‘Mexicake Antifreeze’ and now held the 4 year freeze distill. This beer was the base of the blend onto which we added two imperial stouts which aged on Heaven Hill barrels for over one year. Indulgence 6 is well carbonated and pours pitch black as allways. It has a distinctive bourbon aroma accompanied by vanilla, cacao and spices. The flavor is a big vanilla hit with a boozy bourbon finish. The aftertaste is dark chocolate and lingers of bayleaf liquorice candy. The beer feels lively through the carbonation but finishes smooth and dry, ready for the next sip. Life is good isn’t it?
