Description: Our seasonal Dunkelweiss comes courtesy of our newest addition to the Mondo Brewing team: Josef Adam, fresh from the foothills of Bavaria! This brew uses 50% wheat malt in the grist - an even mix of Dark and Pale Wheat malts. Hopped with Hallertau & Saaz, fermented out with a Bavarian yeast strain to give all the lovely aromas of banana and cloves, this is a classic Dunkelweiss full of toffee and caramel flavours, with a subtle Noble hop profile. Perfect for the darkening Autumnal evenings! Prost!
