Description: We kept half of our 2016 batch of Imperial Stout to age in Rocktown Distillery Rye Whiskey barrels with vanilla beans and marshmallow root. Since our brewery is so close to Rocktown, we helped dump the liquor out of the barrels and filled them with stout in under an hour and aged the beer for 12 months. This beer will be poured through our nitro tap.
