Description: This Barleywine is brewed with a very simple grain bill and hopped with both Fuggle and East Kent Goldings. We then boil for an extended time before resting the beer in oak. We aged the beer in Rum and Whiskey barrels for 12 months. After aging, it was blended and transferred to maple syrup barrels to rest for an additional 5 months.
