Vienna is a highly kilned pale malt that is known to have a characteristically crackery flavor along with a hay-like graininess. The single hop is Australian Vic Secret. It is a relatively new aroma variety with very high alpha acids coming out of the southern hemisphere. The predominant characteristics are that of pineapple, pine, and passionfruit.
