Description: Back from the dead, we're resurrecting the Things just in time for Halloween. For the Thing 1/Thing 2 series, we begin with the same liquid, make a few changes and asses the differences, from subtle to strong. This version, inspired by Belgian Table beers, fermented as one and was split into two tanks for the conditioning process. Thing 1 was aged on pears. The Belgian yeast character is muted by the fruit addition, but the beer still retains hints of spice and earthiness.
