Description: Back from the dead, we're resurrecting the Things just in time for Halloween. For the Thing 1/Thing 2 series, we begin with the same liquid, make a few changes and asses the differences, from subtle to strong. This version, inspired by Belgian Table beers, fermented as one and was split into two tanks for the conditioning process. Thing 2 is dry hopped with a modern German hop variety, Hallertau Blanc. More dominant in aroma and sharper in flavor than Thing 1, it primarily showcases the noble hops and yeast character.
