Description: TAMI was aged in Jack Daniels Bourbon Barrels for 6 months. It is a Sour Brown Ale brewed with Tamarind, Chocolate and Munich Malts. Sour cherry and tamarind is noticeable on the nose. It is tawny brown in color, with a medium-light body. The sour cherry and Tamarind flavors continue through the palate, alongside toasty chocolate notes from the malts. It has a smooth yet drying oak flavor, with a tart pucker on the finish.
