We kept the remains from our favorite bottles and continued to do so at every bottle share over two years. We used this unique blend of yeast to cultivate this delicious wild ale aged in white wine barrels for over one year. Blonde in color with the perfect balance of funk and fruit, this beer can be enjoyed or for years to come.
