Description: Gose is a German-style sour beer with additions of salt and coriander. Traditional German Goses are very salty. This Gose, however, has a just a hint of salt and nice tartness from the lactobacillus added. It is the mellowest and most approachable of our sour beers. Although it is unfiltered, it is still light, crisp, refreshing, and very citrusy.
