Description: Brewed with a straight pale-ale backbone which leaves a very balanced malt foundation, this beer is unlike West-Coast IPAs that use high alpha hops to annihilate your taste-buds with immediate and long-lasting bitterness, we use lower alpha and some traditional west-coast hops to build a mild citrus flavor profile and aroma that even imparts some sweet character in the finish. This leaves the beer lost between an English style IPA with a malty backbone and a West Coast IPA with a huge citrus hops nose. Somehow though, it all seems to work pretty well for more people than not.
