Description: The 7th installment in the Trail Magic Series is a Bourbon Barrel Aged Russian Imperial Stout. This year we returned to our roots and aged the first batch of Trail Mix Russian Imperial Stout in Jack Daniels barrels (same as the original) for several months before blending it with Trail Mix No. 2 to create a complex Barrel Aged Russian Imperial Stout. Local Sorghum and Wildflower Honey were used throughout the brewing and aging process.
