Description: This is a really special collab for us. We love @brasseriefantome, we tap and drink their beers regularly and we love all the mysticism behind the brewery. Dany Prignon is one of the most special people we have got to know on the beer scene. Quiet, relaxed, humble and lovely. And we are very pleased he came to us! We brewed this beer using a simple pale and wheat grain bill, some of our favourites german hops and a touch of fresh Rosemary. Fermented in our open fermentor (baptized as Dany) with a mix of two Saison strains and conditioned over 30kg of fresh raspberries.
