Description: 今回のセゾンは原点回帰。トラディショナルな造りを心がけました。 使用した麦芽、ホップ、酵母の選定にあたっては、セゾンスタイルのビールの故郷であるベルギーで使われてきた素材を使用。ややハイアルコールな仕上がりですが、この度数にありがちな重たさはなく、ドライな仕上がり。はじめにセゾン酵母由来のフルーティな香りを感じられ、続いてホップからくるマイルドな柑橘の味わいが口中に溢れ、飲み込んだ後に残る上品な苦味がこの複雑なビールを引き締めてくれます。 2 types of Saison beer we released in 2019 were both "Modern Saison" using hops currently used in American IPA. This time, we are going back to the basic Saison again. We have brewed beer with traditional methods and using ingredients that have been used in Belgium, the home of Saison beer. You can enjoy the fruity aroma derived from Saison Yeast, and a little bit high ABV, but the finish is dry.
