Description: From the brewer, Jonny Wright: It is a Trippel Grand Cru, called Jonny’s Voodoo Ale. I used a Belgian Trappist yeast strain and also Yerba Mate in the beer. I used Pale Malt and Wheat Malt in the brew. On the hop side, I used Target, Cascade and Amarillo. Color is golden and the alcohol content is 8.5% by volume.
