Description: We reserved a small portion of authentic Lambic Kriek from Brouwerij Oud Beersel of Beersel, Belgium, used to craft our 2017 Transatlantique Kriek. We then blended it with a single foeder of our dark sour beer and laid it in our original red wine barrels that began our sour program back in 1998. An assertively sour dark ale matured over the course of three years and two continents – this is Le Kriek Noir.
