Description: Collaboration brewed at Elysian Brewing with the brewers of New Belgium Brewing. This trip brings us an IPA using ingredients from Australia and New Zealand. Wonderful hops are coming out of Australia and New Zealand all of a sudden, full of tropical notes and aromas. The idea for a Down Under IPA builds an ethereal hop structure of Pacific Gem and Nelson Sauvin from New Zeland and Australian Galaxy atop a medium weight pale ale. In addition, the exotic aroma of the hops is augmented with actual passion fruit. Brewed with pale and Crisp 77° crystal malt.
