Description: Nostalgia, parochial pride and modernism, we’ve personified the vibe of the 30’s milk bar in this smoky milk stout. It wouldn’t be a collaboration with Sim from Brewhouse Brisbane without some unusual ingredients. Rolled barley, oak smoked wheat malt and lactose all combine in this smooth, sweat, silky stout. We dialled down the black malts to allow the malt complexity and minty, spicy hops to shine in a harmony of smooth flavours.
