Description: Peach and apricot coated chocolate balls. So delicious the only way they could be better would be in beer form. So we teamed up with Big Shed to see how close we could get. Cacao nibs, apricot and white peach were added to the boil with more apricot and white peach as a secondary fermentation with extra cocoa. Aromas of stone fruit and chocolate, a smooth, silky mouthfeel and a dark bitter chocolate finish. It’s the way dessert should be.
