Description: It often takes a truly amazing event to create something new. In science, for example, it takes a Supernova to create the heavier chemical elements. In the Funk Lab, our team of brewers decided to use Brettanomyces yeast as a catalyst for creating our "Uncommon Element Brett Pale Ale". A light malt base and the abundance of Hallartau Blanc and Mosaic hops, combined with the Brett Drie, give this beer a beautiful flavour and aroma of tropical and stone fruits, with a funk backbone. This beer may be uncommon, but we hope not for long!
