Description: 2017 "MYSTERIA 24" Imperial Harvest Ale. This harvest ale’s extreme hop aroma and flavor are a result of a technique we used called wet hopping, which can only be done during the harvest season. This year’s harvest produced over 350lbs of Cascade and Centennial hops, which left us with about 20lbs per barrel. By using the wet hopping method with this many hops, we were able to brew an extremely aromatic and fresh Imperial Wet Hopped Ale with earthy notes of fresh mowed grass, hop resin, citrus, honey dew melon and a hint of peach. Leaving this Wet Hopped Ale with a pleasant, well balanced, and refreshing finish. 7.8% ABV
