Description: Cryo if I want to, cryo if I want to. You would cryo too if you had cryo hop pellets too...to use in a beer! So, we did. Cryo hops are hops that are cryogenically frozen then the most bombest parts of the hops are broken off and pressed into pellets for our use! Super sexy sounding, right? Anyway, we used Mosaic and Ekuanot and got a pretty extreme hop aroma and flavor from these bad boys! It smells like dank candy that totally follows through to the palate with a cotton candy/Smartees thing going on.
