Description: This blended Sour Ale is made up of our sour base, Boba Brett, and a newly brewed Berliner Weiss, which has a very low ABV and a lot of lactic tartness. It's also unique because we used local NC triticale, a hybrid of wheat and rye malt! {This 4% ABV brew sits at a pH of 3.1 and a titrated acidity of 10.25 grams/liter of lactic acid (4 means the "sour" taste is barely noticeable and 12 is extremely "sour")!}
