Description: Nøisom Hvete is a classic German wheat beer brewed with plenty of wheat malt. The beer is fermented at a high temperature which gives a fruity touch with the aroma of clover, banana and citrus. Traditionally wheat beer is served in tall, slim glasses to keep the beer sparkling longer. In Bavaria some people put a few grains of rice in the glass, for it to sparkle more. Some also put a slice of lemon in the beer. This beer style (classical hefe) is unfiltered and unpasteurized ti preserve the fresh taste.
