Description: What happens when three brewers get together for an insane brewing triangle? Here's how the story goes... In May 2015 during the GABS festivities Leonardo from Birra del Borgo, Logan from Beavertown and Brooks from Nomad decided to brew something together that would be unique and would also let us experiment and explore new boundaries. The Beavertown guy suggested basing the beer on top quality UK Malts, the Nomad guy suggested two native Australian ingredients Muntries and Bush Tomatoes, the Birra del Borgo guy suggested to make the beer quite big and then age it in a 40 year old grappa barrel straight from Italy for 6 months. The name of the beer? They all agreed on it straight away, it seemed so fitting!
