Description: Ute is a collaboration between North, Studio.Build, Refold and Plaey Workshop. Ute is designed to be the beer you drink sat outside during the last long nights of summer. The beer pours a vibrant yellow colour, reminiscent of sun filled days, with a juicy, tropical aroma, citrus notes and pineapple flavours. Ute is brewed with North's signature extra pale malt, naked and flaked oats for the body, and a touch of wheat. The beer has a light body, embodying ideas of creativity, conversation and sharing ideas with friends, through its accessible drinkability. Both Galaxy and El Dorado hops add tropical fruit aromas, with Simcoe adding piney, herbal notes. Ute is a beer to spark conversations between creatives. It is a beer to be tasted, to be listened to, to be held. The Ute project pushes the relationship between beer and design off the can and into a conversation with the landscape in which the beer was made, incorporating both physical and cultural influences along the way.
