Description: For this culinary concept we looked to take inspiration from Temple Coffee & Donuts with their creatively flavoured donuts that have truly captured the people of Leeds' imagination! With their creations in mind, we decided to combine one of our favourite flavours of our youth and inject a playful sense of fun into the beer whilst also looking at how to deconstruct those raspberry ripple dessert flavours into beer form.
