Description: For this series of Culinary Concepts, we were once again delighted to welcome back Temple Coffee & Donuts; the brewery’s favourite sugar and caffeine emporium! This time around however we felt we needed to brew something a little different, something a little darker to compliment the onset of the winter months. To match one of Temple’s festive delights we decided to create a beer with a sweet, doughy body constructed from a generous helping of oats, wheat, and barley for a well-rounded creamy mouthfeel. Finally, we designed the beer to linger on a big hit of cranberry, almond, and dark chocolate to finish off in style!
